  1. Call 911 for fire and police issues.
  2. If you smell gas or have a serious electrical problem, call DTE: gas leaks (800) 947-5000, downed lines or electrical problems (800) 477-4747.
  3. Once you're safe, call Copi and tell us what happened.

Quick checks first

  • Power out in one room? Check the breaker panel for a tripped switch.
  • Kitchen or bathroom outlet dead? Press "Reset" on the outlet with test buttons.
  • Slow drain? Don't use Drano or Liquid-Plumr. Call us instead.
